The 2016 Olympics and Barack Obama, although Barack Obama fought hard and presented Chicago and America to the Olympic Committee, the opportunity for hosting the Olympic Games in 2016 was not given to America.
The cartoon shows Barack Obama Javelin but not quite mastering the game.
This cartoon from www.cagle.msnbc.com/news/NoOlympics/main.asp says to me that Obama has put a lot of effort into the run up to the game, (or the Olympics) but the outcome is not what he expected.
